QUITMAN COUNTY, Miss.–A man who was hit by an Amtrak train in Quitman County Wednesday night died at the hospital, says the sheriff’s department.
Leedarrick Tribble. 21, was crossing the tracks about 9 p.m. when he was hit.
He was airlifted to Region One in Memphis, where he died. The train was stopped for the investigation.
