ITTA BENA, Miss. — Mississippi Valley State University has named Stephen L. McDaniel, CFRE, as the Interim Vice President for University Advancement, Government Affairs, and External Relations. McDaniel, who has over four decades of experience in fundraising and university advancement, is expected to lead the university’s efforts in enhancing growth and external relations.
“We are thrilled to welcome Mr. McDaniel to the MVSU family,” university officials said. “His extensive experience and proven success in the field of university advancement will be invaluable as we continue to push for excellence.”
McDaniel’s appointment comes as MVSU continues its mission to strengthen its impact in education and the community.
