DeSOTO COUNTY, Miss.–A Tennessee man accused of making threats against Pres. Biden, Bice Pres. Harris and former Pres. Obama, is also accused of several crimes in Mississippi.
Kyl Hall, 37, faced a judge in DeSoto County Wednesday on charges of receiving stolen property, contempt of court and being a fugitive from justice.
Hall could get 15 years on the federal threat charges.
His mother told WREG-TV in Memphis that he has a history of mental illness.
