GREENVILLE, Miss. — The Greenville Police Department has arrested two men in connection with a fatal shooting July 13 at the Country Inn Hotel on Highway 82 East.
Dewarn Kimble was arrested and charged with one count of capital murder. He was given a $500,000 bond.
D’Arseantese Dean was taken into custody in Memphis, Tennessee, where he waived extradition and was returned to Greenville for an initial court appearance. Dean is charged with one count of capital murder and one count of attempted murder.
The Greenville Police Department said it remains committed to investigating violent crimes and seeking justice for victims and their families.
