BRADLEY COUNTY, AR (Ben Caxton) — A Friday morning traffic crash killed two people and sent four to the hospital. The collision occurred around 7:30 AM Friday when two vehicles collided at the intersection of U.S. 278 in Bradley County, Arkansas. State Police say 45-year-old Fidel Martinez-Calois of Warren was southbound on Bradley County Road 32 when his Ford van traveled into the path of an eastbound Volvo on U.S. 278. The Volvo hit the right side of the van, causing both vehicles to slide across the eastbound shoulder of the highway before coming to rest in a ditch.40-year-old Juan Manuel Medina and 35-year-old Cesar Figuerao-Gutierrez, passengers in the van died at the scene. The driver and three other passengers were injured in the accident. The driver of the Volvo, whose name has not been released was also not injured.
