Tunica County, MS – With colder weather arriving in the Mid-South, the Tunica County Sheriff’s Office is taking steps to ensure local children stay warm this winter. The department has created an Amazon Wish List featuring coats of all colors and sizes, allowing the community to purchase items and have them sent directly to the sheriff’s office.

For those who prefer to donate in person, new coats can also be dropped off at the Sheriff’s Office lobby. The drive is ongoing, and the department encourages the public to participate in this effort to help provide warmth to children in need.

“We greatly appreciate any support,” said a spokesperson for the Sheriff’s Office. “Every coat donated brings us one step closer to ensuring no child goes without warmth this winter.”

For more information, or to make a donation, contact the Tunica County Sheriff’s Office at 662-363-1411.
