CLEVELAND, Miss.–Bolivar County deputies are trying to find out who it was and arrest the person who shot a 20-year-old man friday.
A news release from the Bolivar County Sheriff’s Dept., said the victim was shot Friday about 10 p.m. on Elm St. in Cleveland.
The man was identified as Anthony Hampton, of Cleveland.
The sheriff’s department said Hampton was taken to Bolivar Medical Center in a private vehicle and was stable.
No motive for the shooting was discussed.
