Officers arrest Deshundrick Mays and charge him with Murder for an incident that occurred early Sunday morning around 6am in the 400 blk of Cornell St. Officers found 30yr old Matthew Chase unresponsive with a single gunshot wound to the side of his body. A motive is unclear at this time.
Mays is being held at the WCRCF awaiting his Initial Appearance.
Mays is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
