YAZOO CITY, Miss.–A body found inside a storage unit in Yazoo City is Sam Edmonds, an autopsy confirmed an autopsy.
In December, Edmonds’ brother went looking for him after he’d been missing. When they opened his storage unit they found a decomposing body.
The police chief tells WLBT that the man had drugs in his system.
The case is still under investigation.
CHARLESTON, Miss.–A body was found inside the Tallahatchie County courthouse, or at least it appears to be a body.
The remains were found Feb. 28, decomposed.
The sheriff says the remains were found in an area that used to be used to store evidence.
The remains have been sent to the state crime lab for an examination to confirm whether it is a human, and who it may be and to confirm a cause of death.
