The Bolivar County Sheriff’s Department received a call that shots were fired in Shelby. Later deputies responded to the Bolivar County Hospital in reference to two people who had just arrived by private vehicle. 24-year-old Candance Green, of Boyle MS, and 23-year-old Lester Griffin Jr., of Mound Bayou MS both had life-threatening injuries.
