GREENVILLE, Miss. — Two people have been arrested in connection with a business burglary at a Greenville store, according to the Greenville Police Department.
Officers responded to a report of a burglary at a business in the 1100 block of Nelson Street after the owner reported seeing movement inside the store, police said.
When officers arrived, they found two people inside the business who were identified as James Bell and Latasha Haynes.
During the investigation, officers recovered items reported stolen from the business, including beer, candy, snack cakes and soft drinks, at a residence on Muscadine Street, according to police.
Bell and Haynes were taken into custody and charged in connection with the burglary. Police did not immediately release additional details about the charges.
