Mississippi’s own “CakeGoat” is spreading holiday cheer by offering FREE Christmas Cupcakes to the entire Delta region. With a goal to distribute over 400 cupcakes, the event, hosted by the young entrepreneur featured on Food Network & Netflix, will take place on December 23 from 1:30 pm to 4:00 pm at 1011 South Broadway Street in Shelby.
