On Friday, February 18 at 6:00 p.m. Junior Auxiliary of Cleveland will host the 2022 Children’s Benefit Ball “A Night Under the Big Top.” Hosted at the newly renovated Bolivar County Expo Building, the king, queen, court and community will join together again!
“We are so excited to be back in person this year,” says Ellen Fiser, Children’s Benefit Ball 2022, Chair.
“With the continuous, overwhelming love and support from the community and a few fun new additions we are making this year, we anticipate an evening full of energy, elation and eagerness to give.”
This one event funds the hundreds of children’s lives touched, through countless hours spent on projects within the community. For over 70 years, Cleveland JA has provided service to the community. Last year alone hosting sixteen different projects, serving over a thousand children, and providing nine scholarships. Without the community, none of this would be possible.
For the first time, the ever-competitive Silent Auction will run for the entire week culminating the evening of the event. Kicking off the evening, dinner by Delta Barbecue and Catering and the Silent Auction will begin at 6:00 p.m. However, for the week prior attendees and those who may not be able to attend can also join in on the friendly competition by registering and bidding at http://bidpal.net/ jacleveland2022.
A second addition of the Live Drawdown for $10,000 dollars will definitely add the extra element of excitement and anticipation. Tickets are now available through any JA member for $100 and the option of $25 insurance.
Coronation will begin at 7:30 p.m., welcoming both 2021 and 2022 Courts to the stage. The ever- exciting reveal of royalty and first dance will elevate the night. The Live Auction begins 8:30 p.m. Entertainment by CREATIVITY of Atlanta will carry the party late into the evening with “late night” food provided by Catfish Cabin.

The motto, “Caring Hearts. Helping Hands. Changing Lives.” is central to the heart of each member reflected in each smile and in all the work done with the children. By joining together again to celebrate with and alongside all those that love and give to the community “A Night Under the Big Top” is sure to be as energetic and as exciting as the greatest show in the world!
