The City of Greenville collaborated with Delta Rides, Humana, and the Bolivar County Council on Aging to organize a lively Senior Tailgate Event at the Washington County Convention Center. Elderly residents across the Delta region donned jerseys, jeans, and boots to participate in the festivities.
The event featured a day filled with music, raffles, food, and energetic line dancing. Attendees enjoyed spirited performances from the Greenville High School Band, the Delta Divas and Dabs, and the Grenada Line Dancing Group. Health vendors were present to offer valuable information, and a soul train line-styled fashion show added a touch of glamour, declaring everyone a winner.
