Officers responded to the Northwest Hospital about a gunshot victim. A male subject reported standing in the yard in the 600 block of Bolivar Avenue when he heard 6-7 gunshots. The victim stated after the shots, he realized he had been struck on the left side of his body. The victim was transported to the hospital by a privately owned vehicle. The victim did not provide officers with any further information.
Additionally, officers responded to the 200 block of Pearson Street about a male subject who was reportedly shot. Officers arrived on the scene and found a male lying in the roadway with numerous gunshot wounds. Upon investigation, officers determined the male subject verbally disagreed with a neighbor who pulled a handgun and shot the male subject.
Officers also responded to Northwest Hospital about a gunshot victim. A male subject reported they were driving in the 900 block of Spruce Street when unknown subjects) fired numerous shots into their vehicle, striking them in the leg.
