Court Says Religion Exemption OK To Allowing Avoiding Vaccine Mandates

New York state must temporarily allow exemptions from a mandate on Covid-19 vaccinations for health care workers with religious objections, a federal appeals court ruled, amid a spate of U.S. legal battles over vaccine and mask requirements.

The ruling, in a case filed by three workers who sued to block thestate’s vaccine mandate outright, comes amid a national debate over mandates put in place to stem the spread of the coronavirus.
President Joe Biden has ordered federal workers and contractors to bevaccinated and called for companies with more than 100 employees to require vaccines or weekly tests. Several legal challenges have been mounted against the mandates.

It is our body to do what we want n put into our bodies what we want. It( the COVID 19 vaccines) are not guaranteed to stop you from getting covid so why mandate it.

They cannot mandate anything of the kind. How far do they want to push the Americans. Our constitution protects us
Maybe we need to remind the Supreme Court about the constitution again. And the dc liners cheaters control freaks that say you can kill a baby because it’s a woman’s body to choose. So if it’s our body to choose how ca. They mandate. To many different standards.
America wake up. We need to join together to fight this government socialist communist Regime that wants to change America. Everyone wants to come here because we are free. So what is it going to be.

Religious exemptions should be permanent for people who cannot take the vaccine and should not have their jobs at risk for doing so their bodies they’re right. People shouldn’t be losing their jobs over a vaccine when that’s the only income in their home

If we had a former president who really cared for his supporters, he would be spending some of the money they donated in support of him to be urging them to protect their families, friends and communities. Not just “throwing it out there haphazardly” at the end of one of his speeches. He quietly took his vaccines before leaving the white house and he also has the best medical staff on call if needed. Whereas his supporters would be subject to long waits for medical care. Does he any concern for his supporters, I think NOT!

Why are congress and white house staff exempt from the mandate?

If you want to mandate something, mandate that women should not be permitted to murder their babies from the moment of conception when the medical experts agree that life begins.
There are many more scientific facts to support life begins at Conception than that the covid vaccines are the answer for everyone, and that’s a fact!

Rules seem to only apply to the working class. Our leaders think it does not apply to them. Does congress have to be vaccinated? It surely does not apply to our California governor or Nancy Pelosi. Lockdown did not apply to them. They are just too special. Wish people would get together and stop this nonsense.
