GREENVILLE, Miss. — The City of Greenville has announced closures and service adjustments in observance of the New Year’s holiday.

City officials said City Hall will be closed Wednesday, Dec. 31, 2025, and Thursday, Jan. 1, 2026, in observance of New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.
The holiday schedule will also affect garbage and trash services provided by the City of Greenville Public Works Sanitation Department. Residents are encouraged to plan ahead and follow the city’s holiday sanitation schedule.
Normal city operations and services are expected to resume after the holiday.
