The Greenville Police Department is currently investigating a Homicide that occurred in the 800blk of Nelson Street early Saturday morning around 12:30am.
A black male apparently suffered several gunshot wounds to the body, and transported to Delta Health Medical Center where he was pronounced dead. The identity of the deceased has not been released pending family notification.
