GREENVILLE, Miss. — The Greenville Police Department responded to more than 61,000 calls for service in 2025, according to year-end activity figures released by the department.
Police reported responding to 61,537 calls for service during the year, including 10,810 calls placed through 911. Officers also completed 5,386 written reports.
Department statistics show officers made a total of 1,493 arrests in 2025. Those included 264 felony arrests, 1,207 warrant arrests, 51 narcotics-related arrests and 33 arrests for driving under the influence.
In addition to arrests, officers conducted 3,401 traffic stops and issued 2,284 citations throughout the year.
The Greenville Police Department, led by Chief Marcus R. Turner Sr., said the figures reflect continued efforts to address crime, respond to emergencies and maintain public safety across the city.
