Clarksdale, MS – In an effort to support and empower black women entrepreneurs, the nonprofit organization Higher Purpose is gearing up to host its highly anticipated annual Money Purpose Success Women’s Conference, completely free of charge. The conference, aimed at elevating black women-owned businesses, will take place on August 19, 2023, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Vicksburg Convention Center, located at 1600 Dr. Briggs Hopson Boulevard in Vicksburg, Mississippi.
The event promises to be an enriching experience for attendees, with a lineup of distinguished speakers and exciting offerings. Dr. Joy Harden Bradford, the founder of Therapy for Black Girls, will deliver the keynote address, sharing her expertise and insights. Dr. Amber Wright, a renowned relationship communication expert and founder of Words Well Said, will open the conference with her compelling presentation. The summit will be hosted by Tambra Cherie, a popular radio and TV personality who is a cast member of OWN’S Belle Collective. Closing the conference will be Britney “Yoga Bae” Floyd-Mayo, a wellness expert known for her trap yoga techniques.
Beyond the thought-provoking sessions, the conference will provide attendees with valuable opportunities to enhance their professional image. Trent Calvin Photography will be present to capture free professional headshots, allowing entrepreneurs to create a polished online presence for their businesses.
