GREENWOOD, Miss.–LeFlore County Supervisor Reginald Moore will have to spend two days and two nights locked up and pay nearly $1,000 in fines for his DUI first offense conviction.
Moore was convicted and sentenced Thursday by a LeFlore County judge.
Moore has denied the charges and chose to go to trial rather than plea. He was also convicted of speeding.
