OLIVE BRANCH, Miss.–Last week a man named Terry Ketchum, 22, was arrested in Memphis and charged with rape and sexual assault. Now WREG TV reports the incident has a Mississippi connection, specifically to Olive Branch.
DeSoto County District Attorney Matthew Barton did not go into specifics, but said the victim was a child.
Ketchum has been convicted of rape before.
Though Ketchum is only 22, the previous conviction was in 2018.
