OXFORD, Miss.–The man killed in a Saturday wreck has been identified as Jerome Allen, 58, of Water Valley.
The Lafayette County coroner’s office says Allen died when his pickup truck overturned on the bridge on Chucky Mullins Dr. It wasn’t immediately clear what caused the wreck.
The truck ended up on its top. The coroner said Allen was alone in the vehicle.
No other vehicles were involved.
