GRENADA, Miss.–A man wanted for murder was captured after a warrant was issued for his arrest this weekend in Grenada County. Stanley Lathan was arrested Saturday, said the Grenada County Sheriff’s Dept., in a Facebook post.
The killing happened Friday night about 11:15. Talicia Latham was shot multiple times at her house on Grant Rd., which is south of Grenada Lake and east of I-55.
Deputies did not say what led to the killing, only announcing first that Latham was wanted, and then about his capture.
An autopsy is being conducted at the Mississippi crime Lab.
