Marston, MO (Ben Caxton) — An Olive Branch man has died fleeing from police in Missouri. Police in Marston, Missouri charged three men with first-degree robbery, armed criminal action and resisting arrest following a robbery Friday. 20-year-old Kirk King of Olive Branch was with the men when state police tried to stop the fleeing suspects. The men jumped into a pond. King did not resurface and drowned.
