Two individuals wanted in connection with a midday shooting at Carpenter Estates Apartments on Carpenter Street in Cleveland have been apprehended.
Following the incident, 28-year-old Cleveland resident Phillip Jerome Williams was airlifted to receive medical attention after sustaining multiple gunshot wounds. Williams is currently in stable condition. Within a few hours, the two wanted suspects were taken into custody. The identities of the suspects are being withheld as the investigation progresses.
