BOLIVAR COUNTY, Miss.–A woman from Shelby died in a Tuesday morning wreck in Bolivar County, said the Mississippi Highway Patrol.
The wreck happened just before 9 at the intersection of highways 61 and 32.
According to state troopers a Lincoln MKZ headed west on 32 was T-boned by a Peterbilt truck headed south on 61. The driver of the Lincoln was killed.
She was ID’d as Vonta L. Dorsey, 46. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the 18-wheeler was not hurt.
