GREENVILLE, Miss. — The Greenville Police Department is investigating a shooting reported Sunday afternoon on South Colorado Street.
Officers responded about 12:33 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 27, to 1020 South Colorado St. after receiving a report of a person being shot.
Police said two male victims had been approached by a man dressed in all black. According to witnesses, the man pulled out a firearm and fired in their direction.
One of the victims was grazed by a bullet and suffered a non-life-threatening injury, according to police.
The suspect fled the area after the shooting. Investigators are working to identify the suspect and determine what led to the shooting.
