Mayor Errick D. Simmons and Ward 2 Councilwoman Lois Hawkins joined family, local and state elected officials, community leaders, former professional football players, residents, visitors, supporters, friends, former students and players, of Coach Weathersby for his 90th Surprise Birthday at Harlow’s Casino Resort & Spa in Greenville.
In his welcoming greetings, Mayor Simmons stated, “If you want to be remembered for being great, a legend, you got to get up everyday and do some stuff. Coach has being doing major stuff all his life impacting folks and impacting his community.”
