JACKSON, MS (432 PM CDT Sun Jun 21 2020) — The National Weather Service in Jackson has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for Central Washington County in northwestern Mississippi until 515 PM CDT. At 432 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Estill, or near Hollandale, moving northeast at 10 mph. HAZARD: 60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE: Radar indicated. Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. This severe thunderstorm will be near Tribbett around 515 PM CDT. Other locations impacted by this severe thunderstorm include Arcola. For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a building.
