TUNICA, Miss.–A man who had already cut his girlfriend took it a step further Wednesday morning and threatened some type of shooting, said police in Tunica.
Tunica County deputies and the Mississippi Highway Patrol arrested Tyrone Scott, 52, just after 11 Wednesday morning, when they say he made the threat on a veterans crisis hotline. Police say he was involved in a scuffle with his girlfriend Tuesday and cut her.
Scott is charged with domestic violence for the cutting and making terroristic threats for the phone call.
