Hill was ordered to serve 12 of those years day for day, with the rest suspended. He will also be on probation for five years once he gets out and will have to register as a sex offender.
According to a news release, Hill will also have to pay $1,000 to the Mississippi Children’s Trust Fund and another $1,000 to the Victims of Human Trafficking and Commercial Sexual Exploitation Fund.
“Sexual assault is a violation of the most intimate nature, robbing victims of the deepest sense of privacy and harming them in ways that will haunt them for a lifetime,” said Fitch.
