The Bolivar County Sheriff’s Office has arrested Yvette Polk, 37, of Cleveland, in the death of Tyrone Wilson, 42, of Shaw.
Wilson was discovered on August 18, 2024, on a gravel road in Merigold with multiple gunshot wounds. Polk has been charged with capital murder in connection with his death. She is currently being held at the Bolivar County Regional Correctional Facility, awaiting her initial court appearance.
