Crenshaw Auction Company has a five-year lease with the Yazoo-Mississippi Delta Levee District, which owns the property. Combines, tractors and other large farm equipment now sit on the asphalt and while Crenshaw is not leasing the hotel, but it is being used as a law enforcement training site to train drug dogs, bomb dogs and SWAT teams.
