GREENWOOD, MS (Ben Caxton) — The man being held in the baseball bat attack in Greenwood Saturday that left 29-year-old Labrandon Baugh brain-dead in a Jackson hospital has now been formally arrested and charged. Baugh died after he was taken off life-support on Tuesday. Now 45-year-old Stacy Regular who works form the Greenwood Parks Department is facing capital murder charges and was denied bond at an initial court appearance on Thursday.
