Lines of cars had stretched around the building to reach the payment window. Customers can now go into the building to make payments or change service but will be required to wear a mask. CPU spent nearly $1800 to mail four free facemasks to every household in Clarksdale earlier this week. [sc name=”twitterfollow”]
