GREENWOOD, Miss.–You are still being encouraged to apply for disaster relief if you were affected by the tornadoes on March 14 and 15.
The Federal Emergency Management Agency has granted Mississippians nearly four and a half million dollars, so far, said MEMA Monday.
More than 1,800 people had applied for assistance.
You’re also being encouraged to apply even if you have insurance. Additional money may be available.
You may apply online or at one of the Disaster Recovery Centers set up in several Delta counties.
