Fatal Shooting in Cleveland Prompts Police Investigation

On the late evening of July 21, 2023, around 11 P.M., Cleveland Police officers responded to reports of gunshots in the vicinity of 718 ALoe Ave at the Young St. apartments. The incident has left one person dead, and the authorities are actively investigating the case.

Upon arrival, officers observed a tumultuous scene as a crowd fled. It was also noted that a group of individuals was seen carrying an injured person, later identified as Quintarius Craig, and swiftly placing him into a vehicle before quickly driving away. The vehicle subsequently rushed the wounded subject to Bolivar Medical Center in an attempt to seek medical assistance.

Despite the efforts of medical personnel, Quintarius Craig succumbed to his injuries at the medical center. The circumstances surrounding the shooting remain unclear, and the Cleveland Police Department investigators are diligently working to gather evidence and interview witnesses.
