YAZOO COUNTY, MS (Ben Caxton) — The Mississippi Emergency Management Agency is on the scene of a potential dam failure in the Springridge Place Subdivision in Yazoo County. A 40-acre lake is leaking around the culvert and washing away soil. Authorities say four homes and a church below the levee containing the lake are threatened.
