GREENWOOD, MS (Ben Caxton) — 4,000 people who came out to celebrate “being Greenwood” last year will have to find somewhere else to share and enjoy the peculiarities of that association. According to the Greenwood Commonwealth newspaper, the “I’m so Greenwood” event scheduled this year for 23rd of May has been canceled over concerns of spreading the COVID-19 Coronavirus.
