LELAND, MS (Ben Caxton) — Leland schools are calling in the architects. After this month’s successful $6.9 million school bond vote plans are being drawn up for repairing the high school, middle and elementary schools. The bond passed by a vote of 775 in favor to 460 against. Work is expected to include a new roof for the elementary schools, improvements in science labs, and adding a heating system to the high school.
