Deputies from the Coahoma County Sheriff’s Office are diligently searching for D’Marquise Magsby, a man with multiple pending charges against him in Coahoma County and the Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF).
Warrants have been issued for Magsby, who faces various charges within Coahoma County, including the unlawful possession of firearms by a convicted felon, as specified under Statue 97-37-5. In addition to the local charges, the ATF has also brought forth charges against him for violating 18 U.S.C. 922(o), which pertains to transferring or possessing a machine gun.
