Organizers behind Medical Marijuana 2020 say the Secretary of State’s Office has certified signatures from their petition, officially qualifying Initiative 65 to appear on the ballot. The Mississippi Legislature will review the initiative which seeks to allow patients with debilitating medical conditions to use medical marijuana. The state board of health has expressed concern about potential harmful consequences and opposes the amendment. [sc name=”twitterfollow”]
