The victim was identified as 55-year old Willis McDowell and on Tuesday 58-year old Brunley McDowell was arrested; she is charged with the stabbing death of her husband. The killing marks a quick start to Clarksdale’s first homicide of 2020 after recording twelve homicides in 2018 but only two last year. [sc name=”twitterfollow”]
