VICKSBURG, MS (Ben Caxton) — Vicksburg Mayor George Flaggs has asked President Trump for federal assistance severe erosion problems in his city caused by rainfall and flash flooding at Vicksburg National Military Park and Vicksburg National Cemetery. Flaggs says the cost of infrastructure repairs could run into the millions.
