One of those facilities is Bolivar Medical Center who began some of these elective surgeries again one week ago. The hospital says they are only operating at about 30% to start and will gradually increase the rate as time goes by if they are able. They do say the newly lifted ban on elective procedures does not yet include cosmetic surgeries. [sc name=”twitterfollow”]
