State Hoping to Restart Some In-person Classes

JACKSON, MS (Ben Caxton) — The Mississippi State College Board is asking leaders of the state’s eight public universities to offer as many in-person classes as possible on campus during the fall semester while following federal and state health guidelines. Mississippi universities stopped in-person classes in March as cases of the highly contagious coronavirus appeared. Students finished the spring semester with online classes.
