THE DELTA (Ben Caxton) — Mississippi tattoo parlors can reopen with restrictions under a new executive order signed Friday by Governor Tate Reeves. The order lays out strict social distancing guidelines and sanitation protocols similar to hair salons and barbers. Mississippiâs casinos can also reopen for gamblers on Thursday; guidelines from the Mississippi Gaming will limit properties to 50% occupancy and guests must be screened with questions about their health before theyâre allowed to enter. Gamblers will also be asked to use hand sanitizer and encouraged to wear a mask, provided by the casino. Only three players will be allowed at gaming tables, slot machines must be at least six feet apart and every machine must be sanitized at least every four hours.
