TUNICA, Miss.–Two people have been charged with murder inb a drive-by shooting that happened Friday about 5 p.m. on Cypress Dr. in Tunica.
According to a news release from the Tunica County Sheriff’s Dept., a male juvenile was found dying and died shortly after paramedics arrived.
He has not yet been publicly identified.
Both a 17-year-old and Devcardous Davis, Jr., 18, were detained and as of Saturday were each charged with first degree murder, drive-by shooting, conspiracy, shooting from a motor vehicle, and unlawful discharge of a firearm in a populated area.
There was no information available on when they may first face a judge.
