INDIANOLA, MS (Ben Caxton) — 84 new cases of the Wuhan COVID-19 Coronavirus have been detected by state health officials over the weekend bringing the total to 663 in 71 of Mississippi’s 83 counties. Latest reports show the death toll has jumped to 13 which includes the death of a 75-year-old woman with underlying health conditions in Sunflower County first reported on Delta Daily News on Friday. The other 12 deaths were reported in Desoto, Hancock, Harrison, Holmes, Lee, Perry, Rankin, Tippah, Tunica, Webster and Wilkinson counties.
